Can Emerge Spread?

I am based in Richmond - is there any sign of Emerge or a similar initiative coming our way? I sometimes feel a bit of an art drought in this borough and that everything is happening in east london.

I live in Hackney and this website is just what I've always been looking for. But can I apply for the courses and workshops as I'm not in one of the six boroughs? It would be great if emerge spread to Hackney too, especially as a lot of artists work in this part of London.
